This is the standard way of saving a file.
Press the Save As button 
or use the File->Save As menu command to start a standard Windows file save dialog box. Select the directory and file name and click the OK button.
Note: Image Optimizer sets the default save as directory to the directory of the first file opened after running Image Optimizer. If you change the directory while saving, Image Optimizer will use that directory for future saves.
