Use the Caption tab to select batch captioning i.e. adding text and/or an image (if required).
Use the text and image setups to enter the information and press the on/off toggle button so that it displays on i.e. 
Note you mind it useful to setup your caption out of batch mode so you can see the effect. Your settings will be transferred to batch mode.
