You can use the Focus image tools to sharpen or blur an image.

Sharpen

The sharpen tool uses the “Un-Sharp mask” approach to sharpen up the image. Un-Sharp masking works by comparing the image to a blurred version of the image and adding back the differences to the original image.

Set the sliders to give the desired effect:

%Amount The percentage amount to sharpen by
Radius The number of pixels that the image “mask” is blurred by
Threshold Sets the threshold at which to skip sharpening for each pixel if the sharpening amount is less than the threshold value.

Blur

Set the sliders to give the desired effect:

%Amount The percentage amount to blur by
Radius The number of pixels that the image is blurred by
