As an optional step you can add text captions and/or visible watermarks to your images. The captions can be positioned anywhere on the image and you can specify margins, opacity, colors and control transparency. You might want to use this facility to add your logo to the images and something describing the image and or copyright information. Note that Image Optimizer will also let you add Digimarc invisible watermarks which you may want to use as well to use as well as or instead of captioning.
If you have the Professional Edition you can apply captions to multiple images in batch mode.
To add a caption to an image press the Caption button 
. This will display the Caption control palette. You can choose between adding text or image by clicking the Text or Image tag.
